Prolly one of the most celebrated musical artists in Westside – Rich Kid Barotse during a live conversation with Maslang, the Kwa Bulozi Most Wanted artiste narrates his early days in the music game.
The rapper told Maslang he was inspired by Award Winning Hip Hop artist Stevo Rap Guru, adding that his first ever verse that he ever recorded was directly inspired by one of Stevo’s verses.
He also went on to talk about his early taste of fame with his first ever official record “No Woman No Cry” on which he featured Jah Boy. Seeing the success of their first collabo the two artists then went on to work on another hit song Don’t Break My Heart which featured Jah Cash, but it was the song Silize which changed everything for the Katima Rapper Rich Kid Barotse.On the live video Rich Kid Barotse narrates the making of Silize and him reaching out to Petersen for a feature.
