As per custom, when the year comes to an end Former president of America, Barack Obama unveils his favorite songs of the Year. Sadly, this year no Zambian artist made it on the playlist of Obama like last year when Sampa The Great did.
Afrobeats dominated 2023 and as a result, four (4) songs from Africa made the list with 3 being from Nigeria and 1 from South Africa. Davido ft Musa Keys – Unavailable, Asake & Olamide – Amapiano, Tems – Me & U and Last is Water by Tyla.
